It's hard to do that without knowing ADs preferred team. He basically can gut any offer if he won't commit to an extension.

The Celtics aren’t going to bid against themselves. Pels should certainly be rooting for New York to win the lotto though

Definitely. I could see Philly getting involved too.
Pels have been pretty vocal since December that they think the Lakers/RichPaul/Lebron are tampering, and there were several statements in their release today that were shots that them.
They will do almost anything to send him elsewhere imo.

I really don't know why people are so high on the Knicks package, even if they win the lottery. Maybe people are just a lot higher on Frank/Knox than me.

The Knicks are far more likely a trade partner for the Pels than the Lakers are.

I haven’t seen the most recent Davis Injury but any chance he faked this one so he can miss enough time for the team to drop out the playoff race to demand this here trade? rich Paul was there at the game and a hurt finger seems pretty easy to fake doesn’t it.

I'm happy about it. I'm glad he did us a favor and told us early and hasn't completely fricked us over. He deserves to get out. I'm also happy this might mean Demps and Gentry finally get fired.
The Lakers offer is laughable. You guys don't have the assets. And I wouldn't send him there unless it was an absolute last resort because of the tampering.
I'd try and trade him to Boston or NYK. Better deals IMO.

One would assume it starts with, if they win the lottery, #1 and Knox, and then it would depend on Porzingis or Frank or whatever.
But regardless, the Pels aren't doing a deal until this Summer. Once the draft lottery takes place and Boston can enter the fray, then bidding can begin.
I wouldn't expect anything until then.
Seems like a very Knicks thing to try and attempt, and fail at.
But hey if they want to send us #1, Knox, Zingis and Salary to get AD and open up things for them we will be happy to oblige.

I think these young Lakers players are a bit overrated.
And Lebron isnt getting any younger. He'll be 35/36 by the time AD becomes a FA.
Pels could ask for picks starting either 2019 or 2020.
