i'm not... saying someone has a problem with race is not the same as saying someone is straight up racist... i know plenty of people who i wouldn't say are racist, that have a problem with certain aspects of differing races, and will identify and disparage certain things about other races... again, they aren't necessarily racist, but do they have some issues as it pertains to racial dynamics in the modern world? yeah, i'd say that...
