First time I have felt that way. But yep! He is the reason they lost that game. Yes, I know the players contributed. But not challenging that call to load the bases. Not making pitching g changes. Loss is on Girardi.

Goodbye Yankees. There's no return from blowing a 5 run lead against a great team in the postseason.

what a huge missed opportunity in the series. Hate to blame the manager but how can you not ask for the review. What was the downside

Girardi shouldn't be allowed into the clubhouse

Girardi has been terrible for 10 years.

They had one of the worst records in baseball in 1-run games despite a stacked bullpen. He has no clue how to manage a bullpen or rotation. The dude has zero feel for the game.

I know Mattingly has his flaws as a manager, but give me him over Girardi in a heartbeat.

Also, keep in mind that Girardi's contract is up after this season. He doesn't have to be fired. Just don't retain him.

I am now with you on girardi, but it would be funny to see you react to Mattingly on a nightly basis

True, but Girardi is a decent manager. He could stay in the Yankee organization as a executive or an advisor, but I would like to see Andy Green of the Padres as the next Yankee manager if Girardi does not stay.

No, Girardi is not a decent manager. He has been terrible for years.

I cannot stress it enough. It is infuriating.
