Does Bama play any true away games during the OOC part of their schedule? It seems like any away game is usually at a neutral site. Teams like Clemson, Ohio State, LSU.... play neutral site games, but they also play true away games. Why does Nick avoid playing true away games? Is he just that much smarter than other coaches?

He claims he wants 12 P5 games every year..

When in reality, 25% of his schedule was against the FCS/G5..

You can't make a schedule by yourself.

If playing Mercer during crunch time of your season punches your ticket why take on the risk?

LSU has only had 1 true away game since 2011 I believe.

The real question is why doesn't everyone else do the same?

Not many people in the SEC schedule true P5 away games. Its not just a Bama problem, it's an SEC problem.

That's WVU I'm guessing?

I hate neutral site BS. Give us some home and homes

Look at the paychecks that these teams are getting to play at a neutral site. Makes a lot more sense than doing a home and home.

Thats your answer.

The SEC has been pulling this charade for years

And it's clearly paying to thier advantage

Yeah even if you give LSU Wisconsin, since it was at Lambeau still not that many true away games.

I mean it's worked.

You're not going to get any of us in favor of neutral site games though. I fricking hate them.

I don't consider TCU in Arlington and Wis at Lambeau neutral site games and they did play at Syracuse. These are the ones I can recall since 2012.

I don't mind them, I just wish we would play some in different places. Going to Dallas or Atlanta every year gets old.

The SEC was down this year. Hard to account for that when making a schedule . That’s the only reason people are complaining
