I was told just last week that DeBoer didn't want Sayin because he was "too short" for his QBs. Yet Noah is not even 6'

And Daddy's reply:

Absolutely fake….. blatant lies… just the world we live in i guess. Never have I spoken to Coach DeBoer or anybody from his camp.

Crazy these dudes hound you to talk and then spit out ?? for likes and views.

Just literally had this talk with my HS kids about doing things for the right reasons and not just likes…. Dam, maybe it’s not the kids…. Maybe it’s the adults….Bet you next thing will be these dudes jumping in my DMs.

couple questions:

1) the dad said that Noah never entered the portal, but that they were interested in Bama and Washington. was this level of interest posted on twitter, or social media? because to me, if the player or family makes official contact with another school without entering the portal, that also sounds unethical/illegal. how did they make their interest known? was it just private conversations?

2) did the ACTUAL coaching staff of bama make contact with Noah, or a donor/booster/affiliate? it doesn't specify. i've read that a lot of time, the coaching staff will use 3rd party reps like donors to circumvent the stated rule so that on a technical level, there's no rules broken. so it's important to determine this

but yeah, if bama's coaching staff contacted Noah and he wasn't in the portal, that's a clear and obvious violation

Or you could just read Daddy's rebuttal of the whole nonsense.

Well, daddy could also be covering for Bama since they likely pay his kid the best and he doesn’t want that option lost.

I don’t believe families when it comes to this crap when almost every single one of them have their hand all’s out for “NIL” money as their kid is not only recruited but already on the team.

Also, when he comes out that defensive than almost always means guilty. He probably is the one talking to these teams.

My 3 month old just tapped me on the shoulder and said “daddy, i can’t believe what college football is becoming. We really need to corral these out of control transfers and install some regulations. It’s depressing, frankly.”

I’ve never been so proud

If you could get all that fan nonsense past wishful thinking, then yeah. The reality is, that the NCAA is a goner and good riddance.

A few years back, the NCAA raised its hands in the air when the court made its ruling and abdicated its position as the school's collective conscience. They wanted no part in regulating these new current events as if that was a reasonable option. They created every problem going forward through neglect.

Now we've had a few years of absolute chaos with the magic portal and NIL. Now the NCAA wants to tell Tennessee, TAMU, and others, do you remember all those collective rules in our bylaws we had BEFORE NIL money took over? Well, we think this is a good time to hold you to them. Talk about being tone-death. This is the conversation the SEC and B1G are now having.

Maybe if you would have posted that quote like an adult people would’ve taken that shite seriously. I had no clue who said that or if you were joking or not about it.

They're using a quote from The Athletic to make that claim. Not only do the player's dad say that's not what happened the writer of the article also says thats not what the dad said .

I found "Daddy's" rebuttal in the original tweet that was posted. How hard is that?

This latest stupidity ranks right up there with the media reporting that Dan Lanning was already on a plane to Tuscaloosa shortly after coach Saban retired.

People are sheep. They choose to believe what pleases them most.
