But if there were more time, you don't want to put it off. You want to know asap how many extra possessions you need, as opposed to thinking you're down 1 possession at 8 points, then realizing with :17 left in the game when you miss the conversion that you shoulda planned for an additional possession.

Point being you ain't gonna have the ball enough times for it to matter if you know what you need . That's my point about it not being something I'd do down 3 scores in 4 mins. In the end it makes no difference. Some coaches do it but it's usually down 2 scores .I guess that's y it feels different

Just looked at that game play. How did that happen, they basically lost 87 yards on a fumble?
