So if I, as nicely as possible, say that you should be thrown in jail or denied due process because of something you didn't choose, you would have no problem with that whatsoever?

Adrian Peterson is

quote:

"To each his own, [but] I'm not with it," he said. "I have relatives who are gay. I'm not biased towards them. I still treat them the same. I love 'em. But again, I'm not with that. That's not something I believe in. But to each his own," he said.

I guess "to each his own" is slang for "throw his arse in jail even though he didn't chose that"

What rights do heterosexuals have that homosexuals do not with regards to marriage? Heterosexuals aren't allowed to marry same sex partners either.

This equal rights argument is just that: garbage.

I guess we should start allowing brother and sister or dad and daughter to get married. I mean, it's their right if they love each other!

This implies that you think he made a choice to be gay. That's pretty incredible and very sad.

How is he not advocating the denial of equal protection under the law?

Do you really think he has put that much thought into it? That he wants to throw people in jail for it? You're over thinking the hell out of this.

We live in a terrible country when it's taboo to say you're against gay marriage.

Yup. And also.... when Tebow gets bashed for his beliefs and a gay NBA player gets celebrated for coming out. This country is backwards.

So I take it you're against the 15th and 19th amendments?

You are doing a pretty good troll in this thread.

At least it is entertaining for us working on Memorial Day.

Your "majority" argument is extremely hypocritical considering the argument has changed from "a majority shouldn't be able to oppress the gay marriage minority!" Now it is "the majority supports this, it should be allowed!"

What a fricking joke the supporters of legislative acceptance continue to be.

So I'm a crappy human being for disagreeing with a certain lifestyle?

it hasn't changed, you're talking about two different things.

the rights of the people should be protected and in some cases granted when previously denied though oppression of the majority. That is the case here.

As far as it now being the accepted view, I am simply heartened that America has grown up a little bit on this issue. We still have aways to go overall though.

I wouldn't go so far as to call you a bad human being per se but your views on this issue are extremely ignorant.

This is all your opinion that no one cares about. Others have opposing views. You seem pretty butt hurt that people don't all choose your belief system.
