If these schools really wanted to test the NCAA or ACC they would threaten to boycott any championship events. You know the tourney would bend over backwards to cater to the allowance of Duke or UNC. They've already done it during their investigations.

Football is more than likely going to Orlando, and bball will be going to Brooklyn.

I don't see the ACC offering any conference events in Louisville, too far away from their core.
