it seems like it is piling on b/c of the SI article that came out. Many of these things have been being litigated or at least the people have been attempting to get money by talking to ABs reps.

Because a doctor is an educated professional.
It's not acceptable to act like this in any professional setting.

I don't read it that way at all. I read it as he assumes people show up for his medical services, not to blast arse on him like it's a junior high school locker room.
Yes, you shouldn't do it to anyone. It's doubly weird to do it in a professional environment where you're seeking medical services.
