Way to use an old scouting report as there has been a significant adjustment. Hell Jomboy broke down how his stance has changed to make the adjustment from 2017, to 2019, to 2022. He has reduced his strikeout rate while increasing his hard hit rate. But yes, one bad series so far proves you right I guess. Not the season and half of data

I didn’t use anything. I have and continue to watch just about every game they play. Also, I played, coached and umped a very long time to know that very few players ever get rid of those holes no matter how much adjusting they do. You can’t outsmart a pitcher with command. That’s why 1/3 gets your arse in the HoF. Good pitchers will always have his number as with any player because they will pitch him frontwards and backwards and every other way. Then he reverts back to what makes him comfortable. He is no different than any other hitter. The eyes are not fast enough to adjust to hit a ball, it is the brain that allows you to hit a ball.

Aaron Judge rescues Yankees. Two walk-offs, including his 28th home run. Dusty is an idiot, btw. I knew a walk-off was coming; Judge is just too good.

This is getting to be a MLB problem. The Yankees look too good. The funniest thing about Aaron Judge's walk-off homer was the way he approached the bat. You could see he just wanted contact with a guy on 3rd. The guy is a beast.

Yeah. Until it's money time and/or he gets hurt.

Yuge One-time Judge Fan. And then he led the MLB-BLM kneeling brigade.

Frick 'em, the Yanks, *and* MLB forever more.

Amazing the number of down-voting pro-Woke/BLM brigadiers here.

Doesn't matter what you all think. The damage BLM / kneeling wreaked on MLB's base (INCLUDING ( Aaron Judge's former "fan" base) is absolutely crushing AND irreparable.

Neither MLB OR Aaron Judge can stick that BLM-toothpaste back in the tube. DAMAGE DONE. (And now it's MLB homage to Woke Tranny-Days Month).

It's dead, Jim. MLB attendance. TV viewership. Innumerable former fans no longer give a rip on what happens on that tainted, "vibrant" baseball diamond.

He's a machine, and what better way to for MLB season to go with a team challenging for the all-time single-season wins record, and a possible (though not as likely) single-season homerun record by the face of said franchise. It was kind of crazy how I was able to call a Judge walk-off in both wins against the Astros, even when he was 4+ batters away. It was just too easy.

Judge gets #30 in style with a Grand Slam. Still on pace for about 60 Homers. He's starting heat up; I feel sorry for the Red Sox and Reds. Yikes. He could have 35 or more by All-star break!

Starting to heat up?

Over his last 7 he is hitting .250/.375.500
Over his last 14 it is .208/.296/.438

I guess that is heating up unless you just mean his last 4 where he is at .313/.450/.622

More accurate. The stat chart last night showed that in the last 11 games the whole team has pretty much been in a hitting slump. Probably the worst of the season and they've already spent a lot of time on the road.

Getting 16 runs and 2 grand slams hopefully are going to help them change the recent cycle. After all, it's Red Sox time.

Which is why the Yankees are holding out for Juan Soto as his replacement.

Astros pitching had a lot to do with those numbers.... but if you can't hit good pitching and feast on poor pitching it only makes the regular season numbers look good

They play in the east dude. Toronto, Tampa, and Boston are hardly the cakewalk. They just beat Cleveland 5 out of 6. They don't get Oakland, Texas, the Angels, or Mariners throughout the season. Of that group, only Seattle is one game over .500. The rest are cannon fodder.

Who said they were a "cakewalk?" they still are not the Astros, also none of those has a dominating rotation as Tampa is the best but after Baz and McClanahan nothing is imposing.... Toronto once you get past Manoah and Gausman is a cake walk

So much science there. Have you picked up your regular-season trophy yet?

The best team would be the one sporting a 59-23 record as we speak. How many guesses do you need?

Those stats are pretty much the perfect example of heating up.

Cold over the last 14, warm over the last 7, and on fire the last 4.

Judge continues to amaze, even if the Yankees are not. He's like Steph Curry in 2021. He is 13 for his last 22 with five homers and two doubles. He's dominating the AL East, he's 11-15 with four homers in his last four AL East games. He's inching toward .300 again. He is on FIYYAA!!! Yankees on the other hand have looked very pedestrian, with a 7-10 record in their last 17. Can't blame Judge; I mean, he went 4-5 tonight with two doubles. He might get 140 RBI too.
