So gun that Hernandez took a picture with (one on TMZ) the authorities believe is also the murder weapon. Is Hernandez one of the dumbest criminals yet?
In his defense, that picture was from his college days apparently. I doubt Hernandez thought he'd need to personally shoot someone a few years down the line without getting shot at first.

Key thing is prosecution also revealed that they will be seeking a sentence of life in prison without possibility of parole.

Finally heard the audio on radio, but wow, that lady sounds so stern in the announcement.

I hear ya. But the judge was all like frick that dude. I don't care that he plays foozball
Well Fee asked the judge that Hernandez be treated like any other defendant at the arraignment. Should have realized this is what would have happened.

I just can't get over how big of a piece of shite he is.

I am not reading this whole thread but I just read this timeline of the murder on Yahoo.
Needless to say Hernandez and his friends "allegedly" committed one of the most obvious murders in history.
Why would you dump a body 2 minutes from your house? What dumbasses.
Also, the cell phones, GPS, and video footage will be more than enough circumstantial evidence to lock him away for life IMO.

He should have just fled the country and gone live large in Cuba

How do they know it was a glock that killed the kid. How can they tell make of firearm off of ballistics?
Really? If they have the weapon, there will be very unique strike marks on the casing.

I feel like this is meme-worthy

Lands, grooves, and left vs. right hand twist on most guns. As the projectile goes down the barrel, the rifling imprints a pattern. As an aside, if it was a Glock .45GAP, they have octoganal polygonal rifling (to the best of my recollection) which is pretty unique.
Also, the extractor can leave an impression on the casing.

bail is EXTREMELY rarely given in a first degree murder case
Especially to someone with financial means that could buy their way out of the country.

He is one of the dumbest in terms of sucking really hard at being discrete.
He's one of the most obvious criminals I've ever seen, assuming he didn't want to get caught.

I can't understand why a high profile multimillionaire would ever be involved in a murder. Has to be some sort of gang thing.

Money doesn't make trash smell any different.

The guy had a power trip and he lacked the inhibition that a normal person has. This is the only possible thing I can think of.

He also allegedly shot a guy in the face in FL last year and is being investigated for another double murder. The dude is obviously off his fricking rocker.

I haven't read this whole thread (SIAP), but I just looked at the last couple of pages and didn't see this:
Hernandez also being questioned w/ regard to a 2012 double slaying
LINK
Edit
looks like people were already talking about that...
