This so much. Guess they didn't flip on him since it seems he helped them leave the jurisdiction. Maybe they got picked up elsewhere?

They probably figured if they kept looking they would have found a handwritten note saying that he killed Odin

Prosecutor: Shell casing was found in the car Hernandez rented. It matched the casings found at the scene.

I forgot who asked but Massachusetts does not have the death penalty. Their process was ruled unconstitutional in 1984 and they haven't been able to reinstate it.
