I have no where near his muscle mass and I've had a couple full leg cramps that brought tears to my eyes.
He also made a lay up and got back on D before the team took a foul to call a time out. But I realize the picture is supposed to be a joke, although too many take it seriously.

Pretty hilarious but a leg cramp can be painful for a bit and for the best player in the NBA you have to be careful and for a dislocated shoulder you honestly can not walk afterwards. One of the worst pains of my life and I have gone through a couple knee surgeries. Still funny. And Paul Peirce is a bitch

Even now most people don't seem to realize just how bad his injury was. The reason for the wheelchair was to completely immobilize his arm (no matter how much you may try you can't walk without moving it at least slightly) which they were unable to pop back into place.
