A lot of talk about the Chiefs, not a lot of talk about chasing points too early

Bills 0/2 on 2 point conversions that both took place before the 4th quarter in a high scoring game

Chiefs 1/1 and only went for theirs to make it a 7 point game. If the Bills would have kicked on both occasions, Chiefs would have kicked to make it a 4 point game.

Obviously the game doesn’t necessarily turn out the same way if the Bills kick both times, but in hindsight they gotta feel like they were overly aggressive too early in the game.

He was needlessly and stupidly aggressive for odd things.

The story of the game is the Bills inability to run that sneak successfully. One yard is supposed to be automatic, I get going for the first two pointer.

Yeah, I guess you’re right.

And once you go for the first two pointer and miss, you have to go for the Mr situationally. Just weird to run it right at Chris Jones but good job from Spags figuring out how to defend that.

A more well thought out JamalMurry thread, still a silly topic imo

Criticize two failed 2 pt conversions, but they were also 4/6 on 4th down

I agree that chasing points early was a bad decision.

4/6 on 4th down including a conversion for a TD. So if the bills decided to play ultra conservative they kick the 2 XPs and kick the FG = 5 total points versus 7 that they got. just a brain dead thread.

You have Josh Allen at the 1 yard line, if you can't score it from there that's a total team failure and frankly they don't deserve to win.

Pretty much this

Analytics give a percentage and it will generally work out in your favor in the end if you follow them

Same as going by the card in blackjack rather than your gut unless single or double deck and you are counting cards

they weren't "chasing points" they got a penalty that put them in an advantageous situation to go for 2. it was the right call and this should not be a discussion point about this game.
