The guy in motion on 3rd and 1 was running toward the LOS before the snap. Didn’t know Oregon plays in the CFL.

I've noticed players have started to get away w/a little bit of forward motion more and more the last few years. There were a few times last year I thought A&M would get penalized for it yet there was no flag or whistle.
