Catholic High and Sulphur should be forces this year. Barbe and Jesuit should be good as always. Dutchtown lost a ton of guys so they will probably be rebuilding. St. Amant and EA are always crapshoots as is West Monroe.

Catholic and Sulphur are returning a ton of guys. Basically everyone on Catholic's state championship team last year is coming back except for one pitcher, the catcher, and the center fielder. The rest of the seniors played very sparingly in favor of the younger guys.

From the Catholic League, Jesuit should win it, and Bro Mo will also contend. Everyone else is mediocre.

Rummel is very young. They will make some noise in two years when the sophomores are seniors.

Rummel will sneak up on people THIS year. VERY good pitching and solid defense.

Barbe is going to be tough to beat. They have quite a few kids who will play College ball next year.

Brother Martin prob has the best player in the state though.

Catholic has to be the favorite. They return everyone from the defending champs.

He probably means the Diechmann kid who committed to LSU as a Soph, he is good but Fontenot at Barbe is better.

Barbe has plenty coming back and will be tough to beat. Catholic will give them a run and maybe Jesuit or Bro Mart.
