How many losses did RG3 have when he won the Heisman? I remember a blowout loss to Aggie on his resume.

Houston's offense has not got it going this half

He also had a huge win over Oklahoma in a showcase game late in the season. Maybe the last game. Much like the opportunity Lamar had tonight.
I still think Jackson will win though.

Well, he did help beat Florida State (#2 at the time) by 43 points.

Houston is lucky they got the lead to 31, they're starting to crack on defense, letting UL come down the field every time.
They could still lose this game if they don't put together 1 or 2 more good drives.
They don't even really have to score, just need first downs.
Going 3 out and every time will give UL too many possessions.

Voters are fickle and generally remember the last thing they saw. A big game in week 12 is worth a lot more than one in week 2. Like I said, I still think he wins it, but only because there's no clear #2 right now. If there were he'd be in real trouble after this performance.

Louisville is giving up way too many sacks

Insane 3rd and long completion percentage

Jesus christ. Imagine if Louisville had an OL.

Yes, I agree. It's a pretty weak year for candidates.
The race between Fournette, McCaffrey and Watson never worked out like I hoped it would.

Houston is going to need at least one more drive since their running game is as shaky as it is. If they don't get it they are really, reeeeaaaaaaallllllyyy pushing things.

E Oliver should be in that game. Poor conditioning! No way you sit on your arse in a game like that.

I think they just need to move the chains a couple times so their defense can catch its breath.

Teams that can't run consistently blow big leads because they have to pass a lot and the incomplete passes keep stopping the clock.

They need quick throws or run some screens
