ESPN has the choice of showing a bowl game or having a talk show talk about other bigger bowl games…..hmm which one should they choose

Cutting them in half would make even the non-playoff bowls more interesting and more prestigious

I’m wondering what happens to bowls that get solid matchups but aren’t part of the playoff:
Citrus
Alamo
Outback
Gator
Etc…
Those are still places people like to go. Those are still solid matchups for the players who won’t be going to the next level. Understandably, they won’t be attracting top 12 teams anymore…but 13 v 21 or whatever isn’t bad at all.

Can’t wait for the Birmingham Bowl. Will 100% be there (unless the weather sucks). Two directional Carolina schools at 11 on. Wednesday in front of 10k? Sign me up.

Bowl games mean nothing, but they are fun. Better than watching other sports.

Football is better than basketball or any other sport that would be played in December or January.

Absolutely.
Also, FCS "wins" shouldn't count for anyone and a loss to an FCS team should automatically make teams ineligible.
