Might be cheaper than fixing the wrecked cars.

We’re probably going to try to do Montreal next year.
Austin is fun, especially if the musical features are someone you’d enjoy seeing in addition to the racing.

Canada over US assuming you are paying for grandstands. If you are doing GA then Austin no doubt.

Want to do Mexico, heard this year it was a bit of a shitshow and getting expensive. Still looks like a hell of a time.

The new LEGO-F1 collab products are starting to be announced.
It's a little confusing, there are several lines of products.

The picture above is the Speed Champions range. They are $27 retail and won't be available until March 2025.

I saw some discussion where a guy estimated that they are slightly smaller than 1/24 scale. I'm interested in this line because they are well-priced and take up so much less space, especially if you want to get a couple of your favorite teams.

One hour to go until FP1. Hopefully they sealed those utility holes up real good this time.

FP2. All cars did the same pattern, started on medium tires, switched to softs to do qualy sims, then back to mediums for long runs.

Mercedes, Lando, and the Ferraris on top. Piastri lagging Lando by 0.9s.

Red Bull struggling? Max P17, Checo P19. No idea why.

Midfield battle: Gasly, KMag, Hulk, and Yuki are all in the top 10, separated by 0.35s. Lawson is lagging Yuki by 0.674s, so VCARB might be the weakest team compared to Alpine and Haas. Of course Lawson has a steep learning curve, so with FP3 tomorrow, he might be caught up by qualifying.

As intricate as F1 is, I find it hard to believe that one of the majors would pack the wrong wings, when they intended to bring something else.

If its the wing, then the engineers chose the wrong wing, but theres not way that the "shipping" department shipped 4 of the wrong wing (if not more depending on them shipping multiple spares to a race)

Brought a steeper, more down force rear wing than the other teams. Supposedly losing 6 tenths on the long straight.
