No Daytona 500 victory lane coverage again. How pathetic. Fox just doesn't give a shot do they?

Random observation on what a dumpster fire that Roush had turned into… Before Buescher won Bristol last fall, Ricky Stenhouse had the most recent Roush win.

Greg Biffle talks about it on Jr's podcast, we all saw it for years. They had the most talented lineup and 1 by 1 they all started leaving. Roush fricked up bigly.

Are you going all the way back to Carl Edwards?

Like I said earlier my sister And BIL are big into it but I just can't make the leap.

I’ve gotten into it over the past couple years thanks to the Netflix series.

It’s fairly entertaining from a strategic standpoint.

Also, most races being Sunday mornings, it’s ideal for me. I watch it before the family gets up and then get ready to go to church.

Thanks for not answering the question.

I can't answer more clearly than stating he won Daytona in 2017 and it was during Jr's last Daytona race, which is the 400

You can fricking go look it up on racing reference if you want to see when he won before that. Other than that I'm not gonna do your fricking research for you.

I’m glad for Daugherty, I interviewed him one time when he actually was trying to race some himself (drags) and he literally is one of the nicest, most friendly people you could ever encounter.

Somehow my wife's family is distantly related to him.

I was trying to remember who was their during Mark Martin's time but I don't think Edwards and Kenseth were quite up yet from the Busch series.

You could have just said "400" instead of being a dumb arse. I didn't need all the BS commentary. I couldn't remember what year Dale Jr. retired and if he decided to do a one race deal for the Daytona 500.

It probably started before that. Didn't they have all 5 guys make the chase one year? And then every one started leaving.

I think at one time, they had Kennesth, Martin, Burton, Busch, and Biffle

Ted Musgrave and Wally Dallenbach Jr. Jeff Burton drove the 99 before Edwards.
