I listened to the DJD with Sterling on Monday and watched it on YouTube after when I got home . Sad to see your heroes like that. He said he’d had surgery recently to help slow its progression. He looks as happy as he could be though.

Tech will start for Cup cars later this afternoon. Two fails is loss of crew member and pit selection (assume for the 500). Three fails is not allowed to qualify. It is an impound for the duels and then tech again Sunday morning for race.

Here is graphic in NASCAR rule book as far as vehicle interfering with a pit stop when trying to enter pit and the location of the orange box that if drivers go below and interfere with a pit stop, it will be a possible penalty (judgment call).
