This was on the Athletic
Will probably have better race pace than Haas

Eight time slots are designated for “filming activity (high speed)” for the movie. This will allow the filmmakers to capture the cars on track during an F1 weekend. The time slots are no longer than 20 minutes – such is the challenge of accommodating track time amid the demands of a grand prix weekend filled with F1, F2, F3 and Porsche Supercup sessions. The two cars completed laps together on Thursday afternoon at Silverstone, with more filming slated for other races this year.
Although the cars won’t be racing any others in these filming periods, they will be important opportunities for the filming crew to capture the car on-track at a race weekend which can then be used throughout the film, forming the exciting race footage in the same vein as the fighter jet scenes in “Top Gun: Maverick.”

Looks like they got Haas' old sponsor

Dude is 60 years old. Why not have him be the car owner/builder like Matt Damon/Carroll Shelby?

Eh, people are more worried about his actual age than how he will look when it is done. Hell, he may be playing a 49 year old in the movie for all we know.

And if it was 1952 I might believe it. Today? No way

C’mon man. He ages in reverse, everyone knows this.

So plot of movie is Brad is a driver... He's the old soul coming back to be teammate to the young up and comer.
So do we have a Alonso/Stroll thing going?
Will be interesting to see, as they are saying this will be the most realistic racing movie ever made. It's F1 so take my money now.

Sonny Hayes is the worst F1 name.

Gonna guess he is a Kentucky boy who had a stellar career in F1, but was too much of a headcase for any team to resign.

god I hope they don't make him a backwoods redneck American ex-nascar type guy...

Should have named him Sonny Crockett IMO
He lost his seat in his prime because of hookers and blow parties
Now back as the old sage to impart wisdom to the next big thing who has a similar rebellious streak, he catches lighting in a bottle for a race and wins at the temple of speed
Hot shot young guy hates him at first but slowly comes to realize Sonny’s wisdom, then goes on to have huge career

I support that FP1 ranking... Hope it holds throughout the weekend, although, would like to see Fernando at the top.

That’s not an ideal look for Haas
Luckily they have excellent race pace

Meh, Hass, specifically Nico, is only good on Saturday.
That car just chews through tires and they aren't able to perform on Sundays
