I’m a dude from NOLA who served in the USMC and did not find love for hockey until game 3 of the 2018 COL/NSH series which was my first game. Got hooked, bought season tickets (their “ice breaker” package while I went to school at CSU).

I am an Avs OG. Can’t claim the Nordiques, but was there in Denver from 96-2001. Back in 2003-2006 there were maybe 20 hockey fans here, mostly me and Balloo who was a Flames/ Caps guy. We shared a deep love for Dale Hunter . Look him up.

No I lived in Boulder. I worked for a company that has seats in the row directly behind the Avs bench and was at most of those classic games. The intensity of those Red Wings games will never be matched.
