Faulk last year and now Binnington.
Kadri should fear for his life, but he won’t because it looks like Maroon took the Blues’ balls with him down south.

Landy!
Great outlet pass - agree with the commentator that Landeskog was the best of the top-esque line players first two games

I never understood why he wasn't resigned. He should have been easy to get a deal done with.

Same, but Armstrong got caught in the moment and gave a Binnington a six year contract that we’ll soon regret.

I'm impressed by Colorado's effort tonight but the shots are disappointing. They need to generate similar effort to Game 1 to win this series.
McKinnon and Raantanen need to start producing more. Looks like Makar has bounced back.
I didn't see Girard's injury but if he is out long term that will have an impact.

Fear for his life why? I think he’s just going to keep scoring goals instead.
4-2 Avs. Avalanche ownership of Blues is reaching Bulls/ Cavs proportions.
5-2 Avs. Good game Blues, pretty even game- cleanly played. I hope Binner is back for the next one.

Why man just take the win stop being annoying
Blues won the cup a few years ago Avs going on year 20+ just bc we beat them last year and in the WCF in 2001 don't mean shite for this series they are a very solid team
This will be a 6-7 game series no doubt

Maroon's departure wasn't tied to whatever Binnington signed for. Maroon isn't making much with the Lightning. Armstrong could have easily matched whatever he got there.
The Binnington contract isn't looking good now either. And Perron and Husso are up after this season.

I’m just stating a fact. Avs are 11-1 all time against the Blues in the playoffs.
Nice - the postgame Kadri interview. A goal an assist and no egregious penalties. Somebody just threw a water bottle at him ? Wtf? Lol.

The Blues depth scoring just isn't there. Thomas, Barbashev, and Saad haven't done jack in the playoffs. Buchnevich and Schenn only marginally better. Are any of these guys ever going to wake up?
Posted on 5/21/22 at 9:59 pm to CRDNLSCHMCPSN11
Schenn is the one who scares me. But we are burying the lead. Did Binnington really just throw a water bottle at Kadri in the hallway in the middle of the network interview? Lol. That’s gold Jerry. Gold.

A water bottle is nothing. Binnington swung his stick at him in the one of the games earlier in the season.

If he did then at least we know his shoulder isn't hurt.

The Avs were 10-1 against the Blues until they were 11-1. See how that works?

Girard has a broken sternum. He's done.
Posted on 5/21/22 at 10:32 pm to CRDNLSCHMCPSN11
I hope that lil man recovers. Any word on Binningtin injury?
Posted on 5/21/22 at 10:35 pm to CRDNLSCHMCPSN11
Damn. Absolutely BRUTAL hit. Girard is a small dude. I’m surprised he doesn’t have a concussion too. The Avs are likely to take a hit on puck handling and speed. But probably will get bigger and tougher.
Confirmed Binnington threw a water bottle at Kadri during the interview. Sorry guys, but Kadri owns him now. He’s living large in his head. Expect intense hockey in game four- Blues will no doubt bring the pain.
