Yeah I had that on in the background last night - I'm still not used to seeing the Stars score more than 2 or 3 goals a night though.

Stars offense has been there most of the season. They have scored the 2nd most goals in the league. Weren't you against hiring DeBoer?

I listened to the 3rd period traveling last night. Radio broadcasts back on the NHL app is an early Christmas gift I wasn't expecting. I listened to the 3rd period of an entertaining Sharks/Kraken game too.

Yes, and I'm happily eating crow for it. I was more interested in them going with a few assistants that were on the radar instead of just recycling coaches like they had done the last few hires, or Bruce Cassidy.
All this team needed was a change from dump n chase and letting these players do what everyone knew they could do - shoot the puck.

OH MY GOODNESS

went ahead and laid wager on bruins. they go down 2-0. i go back in and get a live puck line bet of +2.5 to go with it as a hedge. figured they would cover and boy did they.

bruins come back with 3 unanswered goals and win in OT

So i win both bets on bruins.

went ahead and made a system wager on the devils starting tonight.

you are not wrong. I am already being told by colleagues to monetize this and start being a tout, selling my picks and strategies. I'm seriously considering it. I have absolutely killed it in MLB and NHL last 3 years running. those are my bread and butter. I only do certain college football games. certain NBA. and ZERO NFL. NFL is the hardest sport to win on. I avoid it like the plague.

Blues and Rangers comeback from 3 goal deficits in the 3rd period to win. Which is just the 6th time that's happened on the same day.

After some good wins esp in division over the Stars, Avs got absolutely destroyed by Winnipeg tonight 5-0

I know there are still injuries and they've righted the ship but man these intermittent bad results against good teams slightly worry me. Luckily it's a long season.

Kraken and Kings are locked in a wild game. 8-6 after 2 periods.

VSIN has an interesting lineup. Stormy Buonantony, former VGK rink-side reporter (and sms' favorite "hockey ho") is a co-host on their VSiN FINAL COUNTDOWN segment. Immediately following that is VSiN PRIME TIME co-hosted by former Tulane and TB Bucs QB Shaun King.

There have been a lot of 3 and 4 goal comebacks this year. Stars were down 5-1 in the 3rd period Sunday. And forced a shootout. And the Canucks trailed 4-0 last night. And won in OT.
