That is a TV issue, baw.

And they got a Dega race in in about 3 and a half hours, and it ended under green. What more do you want?

The race to finish before 5:30

I get that it didn’t take long to complete but I’m not a fan of the late starts and later finishes. Give me an earlier race, earlier ending.

Like I said above, that is a FOX/NBC issue.

Trackhouse is having a hell of a season. I’ve listened to Justin Marks a couple of time in NASCAR’s XM station and that time has a great attitude and desire to get better every week. I believe that team is on the path of becoming a big time race team.

Calling my shot

With Kyle Busch’s job uncertainty next year and the success that Trackhouse has shown this year, JR Motorsports will purchase at least one charter to move up to Cup next year and hire Kyle to drive one of their cars

Here’s you guys a fun fact: According to The Athletic’s Jeff Gluck, the car Chastain won in today is the same car he won in at COTA. The same car won at a road course and a superspeedway.

NASCAR races should start at noon on Sunday, like God and Bill France intended them to.

People are laughing at you, but stranger things have happened.

And you know that they would be competitive right out of the gate. Junior and Kelley spare no expenses.

I’m laughing because Jr. isn’t going to put up with Kyles BS. If it happens, yes they will be competitive. But JRs going to spend the money on young competition instead of short term profits and gains.

ETA: If JR. would hire from the old guard, I imagine he would pick up he buddy Truex after Ty takes his ride.

A KB/JR Motorsports tandem crossed my mind over the weekend too. How married to Toyota is Busch though, having a truck team and all.

I do believe Jr will be a Cup owner in the next two years, just curious what the path is? Transition some of the XFinity team? Buy in somewhere? Supposedly, RCR is for sale for the right fit.

Kyle Busch has 8-10 years in the tank. Easily.

JR has said several times that he thinks Kyle is good for the sport. Though I guess actually having a personality is "BS" when the majority of fans root for stick-in-the-mud Chase Elliot.

I think JR would happily take Kyle, but if not then he might give Gragson a shot. He is super high on Gragson's talent, and Noah brings sponsorship dollars with him (which even for a JR owned team is still important).

I’d like to see Josh Berry get a shot in a cup car.
