Everybody calling for black coaches to be hired. But when these coaches do bad and get fired, the people who push this narrative have nothing to say.

What people like Jones will never acknowledge is that maybe certain people are better at certain jobs. Just because a black guy at McDonald's can run the fry machine like a fricking champ, it doesn't mean he can run the company.

I get wanting more opportunities for black coaches but Jones goes so over the top on that point. Also, he's a fricking hypocrite given his past history

So if he wants equity, fine, let's do it. 13% of all college coaches will be black, but then only 13% of football scholarships will also be black kids. He should be fine with that, because equity, right?

Seemingly overnight it went from equality to equity. What game was it where they gushed for 5 minutes over a black female assistant RB coach even though the team was getting blown out?
