It was his first time calling a race, dude. Stewart has never been one to love being on camera, so he was probably a bit nervous. You sound like an imbecile suggesting he was sedated or it was a body double.
The separating him from the other commentators was a Fox decision. They did the same thing with current Cup Series driver Chase Briscoe when he called the ARCA race earlier yesterday afternoon.

You think Senior wouldnt have embraced this? He was a businessman like everyone else is. The only nonbastardized racers are at your local track.

Dale Sr would’ve not said much. Remember he wouldn’t be driving and would’ve adapted to the times. If Childress Hendrick and Petty have not have been crazy vocal then Earnhardt would been with them.

Earnhardt was always more vocal than them anyway. I mean, he wouldn’t be against an African-American driver or anything, but he never was. Competition and the on-track product would be different, though.
