As the father of a 10 year old, he wasn't wrong. When kids get in the front of their brain, you can't change their view until they calm down. They get stuck in a feedback loop where they parrot the same phases over and over.
Blocking the leader while two laps down was a punk move at Bristol by Chase. But he can't see the bigger picture because of a "racing incident" It's Bristol. You're going to get bumped into at some point every race there.
His daddy didn't teach him to race like that. There was a reason Bill was the most popular driver forever. And there is a reason Chase is the most popular driver now.

Eh, we'll disagree on this.
Harvick thinks he can go around bullying people and he has made a career out of it, but he picked the wrong guy to try to push around. And this has been going on w/these two since 2017. I have no problem w/him standing up for himself.
And the fact that the guy who got you into racing pulls for Logano b/c of "mUh, cHaSe!" is funny b/c we both know Logano will race dirty and then smile at you afterwards. That's a little hypocritical on his part IMO. It also sounds a little "get off my lawn."
Logano is a goober.

I think you're confusing the Harvick of early career with the older Harvick. The older his son has gotten, and the more he's gotten into racing, the "cleaner" Harvick drives. It's like Dad is trying to set an example for his boy. (Until Sat night a week ago.
) In fact, I could argue that Kevin lost a championship last year because he wouldn't put Kyle Busch, everyone's villain, into the wall at Martinsville. I mean, if you could dump someone in the Cup garage with impunity, it would be Kyle Busch. (Yes, Harvick tried to dump him off turn 4 on the last lap, but you could tell it was a 1/2 hearted effort and he just ended up wrecking himself)

He has definitely mellowed out over the last decade or so. And a lot of times its because of kids. The same can be said about Kyle Busch.
I still remember Harvick jumping off of his car on top of Biffle.
