If Tech does go ahead and lose, I think their best strategy is to throw the bullpen again Western Kentucky tomorrow and hope we win a shootout. Yes, that sounds crazy, but they need to save a couple of starters for potential rematch with Southern Miss Saturday. If we lose tomorrow, it really means nothing. We're already in the tournament and playing all of our chips to host a regional at this point anyway.

I don’t think it matters. Gibson has already thrown twice. Throw Whorff tomorrow, take your win and then go home. I don’t think our bullpen can beat WKU and even then Whorff gets USM game 1 and we have to go bullpen again game two since Gibson has thrown the past two nights

An absolute meltdown from UNO. Up 12-3 at one point.13-7 heading into the 8th. Gives up a two run bomb in the 8th. Needs 3 outs to win and then proceeds to give up two runs, still needing one out then gives up a three run bomb in the 9th.
Southeastern now up 15-13 needing 3 outs to move on in the tournament, and they get them. Game over. My goodness.
