We should have taken 2 of 3 from #1 Arkansas. Lot to be optimistic about.

??? I guess Battles HR on Friday night should’ve never happened? Is that what you’re suggesting?

That’s as dumb as me saying Arkansas should’ve won today. Unfortunately, the scoreboard is all that matters.

Arkansas will remain consensus #1 in the nation as it won the series on the road. It’s unfortunate that small time college baseball doesn’t have in game replay options/rules. Could’ve been useful this weekend.

We had a three run lead going into the eighth on Friday night. You had two hits going into the ninth today. Not really the same thing

Okay? So did TCU and Texas Tech a few weeks back. That’s why Arkansas is ranked #1 in the nation. They’re hard to beat.

Tech has a good club and should do well. Arkansas had been perfect in its last 16 games, so it had to end at some point. This weekend was a good primer to get ready for SEC play.

I liked the Tech pitcher today. I thought your coach leaving him in too long was about to catch up to him but it didn’t. Hogs just hit it right to guys today, and that’s baseball. As a Hog baseball fan, I’ll take a 12-1 start with us still trying to figure out our rotation. Only getting to the 5th inning with 2/3 starters is concerning. Luckily, Arkansas can roll out big arm after big arm from the pen right now. At some point, Pallette needs to get into the 7th.

Friday night had more to do with Burroughs bad coaching decisions pulling pitchers left and right in the 8th. Bunch of walks and hbp didn’t help. I think Arky only had 2 hits that inning but 3 runs. Really shot ourselves in the foot. But I definitely hand it to Arkansas for taking advantage of tech mistakes. Definitely the better team from the 8th on, deserved to win.

I can’t see Arkansas not winning the sec west after watching that series. Bunch of studs on that team and tons of pitching depth.

Hardly, Arkansas never led today. Theres a difference in losing a 3 run lead late in the game and never taking one.

ULM takes down #4 Ole Miss. Shoutout to the Warhawks.

Ole Miss now travels to Ruston for a two-game midweek series.

Cajuns swept by Southern Miss. lost on a walkoff grand slam in the 11th. The runner on 2nd to start in extra innings makes for some wild innings. Southern Miss pitchers throw tons of strikes and our hitters are allergic to hitting them.

Bringing up something from almost 20 years ago.

Meanwhile, your athletic department has the worst reputation in the country right now.

They actually have a pretty talented little squad right now. The baseball program is trending in a better direction than it has been the past few years.
