Games start next Saturday correct?

but really. correa says bellinger has trouble with reading comprehension, only to refer to a report multiple times that contradicts what he is saying in said interview. the stugotz is at historic levels with correa

Dude bellinger looks like a bitch after today, no two ways about it. I know you're gonna defend your guy but come on. How guys like Bellinger and Jansen weigh in is all-time cringe levels if you know the context.

im actually legitimately curious about this. i truly wish bellinger did not say what he said the other day cause i do believe it was unnecessary. but i honest to god dont know how you can take what correa said in his interview as a positive. i truly dont

He took accountability for 2017. He defended Altuve who couldn’t have said those things on his own behalf. Most importantly he fought back against the unfounded rumors that ppl keep throwing like shite against a wall hoping it’ll stick. Nobody will accept an apology so you might as well just tell em how you really feel.
Calling Bellinger out for the bitch that he is was just a bonus.

Because Bellinger claimed Altuve stole the MVP from Judge you dolt. Just an incredibly ignorant thing to say. And because the Dodgers have absolutely no standing in any of this. It's just trying to insert himself and the Dodgers into this, when it's incredibly cringey that he, Jansen, and Darvish are the most vocal ones about it. Just pathetic in a way.

eh, forget it. i have zero interest in talking about this with you

They found a place to lay blame for their failures and are taking full advantage. Without the trash can Jansen wouldn’t have thrown those cement mixer sliders and Bellinger would have hit worth a shite. It’s science.

Win-win then, mate. You know the vocal Dodgers in this look pathetic as frick.

westcoastag was whining about the Yuli-Yu shite as recently as last year if memory serves. Just righteous indignation in response to the continual postseason choking.

i have made maybe five posts about the whole gurriel incident, almost all in passing but ok

WestCoastAg, the guy over at Dodgers Digest is doing his countdown on the Dodgers prospects for 2020. He has Andy Pages as his #21 propect (mlb.com has Pages at #13 fwiw). Here's his profile of Pages:
21. OF Andy Pages
Height Weight Age Best Tool Acquired Role 2020 Location ETA
6’1 180 19 Power IFA: Dominican, July ’18 Profile RF Low-A Great Lakes 2023
Strengths
• Plus raw power; strong hit tool
• Runs better than expected
• Potential double-plus throwing arm
Weaknesses
• Might not stick in center field
• Hasn’t played in full-season league yet
• Plate discipline needs work
Summary
During the time the Dodgers couldn’t sign an international prospect for more than $300,000, Pages was one of seven guys they inked for the max. After Vargas, this is looking like the best signing of the class. Pages lit up the hitter-friendly Pioneer League by hitting .298/.398/.651 and 19 home runs — second-most in the league. Despite still being rookie ball, Pages’ performance put him on the prospect map for most.
Pages uses a powerful right-handed swing to generate plus-bat speed to make hard contact. He also elevates the ball as well as any prospect in the system, which should help him continue to be a legitimate power threat. He has a significant leg kick that doesn’t seem to hamper him, but it could lead to strikeout issues in the future, so that might have to be toned down a bit. Still, he has the chance to wield an impact bat at the MLB level, provided his production in the Pioneer League wasn’t a mirage.
On defense, he played mostly center field and should be able to handle that position for a few more years as he goes through the minors. He has a small chance to stick there because he takes good routes and makes good reads. However, he lacks the top-end range/speed to stick there in the majors on a full-time basis. He’s more likely to slide over to right field where his potentially double-plus arm is plenty for the position.
Pages will get his first taste of full-season ball in 2020. He should go to Great Lakes (where it’s difficult to hit), but it wouldn’t be at all surprising if he ended up with Rancho Cucamonga — either to start the season or by midseason.
I’m really glad he wasn’t traded to the Angels.
