Very awesome game, one that Duke should have put away much earlier

Lindsey threw away a pass with nominal pressure with 70 seconds left while up two

Not that it really matters as I fully expect the winner of the next game to take it all.

As a non fan, any thoughts?

Would you watch regularly if State had a team?

Yeah, that's why I said whoever wins this game will win it all Penn State has the best front 6 in the country, but Yale has the best FOGO of all time (seems like I was saying the same thing about Denver a few years ago), and if he continues to win 75 percent of his draws, the Front 6 won't even see the ball.

I've said for years that if I had 100 million, that one of my home run ideas would be to invest less than 10 percent of that in a professional lacrosse league. And look at who the newest investors in pro lacrosse are Peter Chernin and Joe Tsai

I like that it has pretty good flow. Not many fouls called that result in play stoppage. I would watch if state had a pretty good team. It’s kind of weird how regional lacrosse.

I’m still kinda skeptical but Rabil successfully took every single superstar and even fringe star out of MLL and will probably cause their league to fold in a few months. Several franchises have folded and every media hit their new commisioner does on ESPN or LSN comes off as pathetic and desperate. Hopefully the PLL proves to be a better pro league model.

Well played by Yale. Lions finish a really good season, hope this is but a stepping stone to a great season next year.

Is youth Lacrosse popular in Mississippi?

It was all over for me when I started playing Lacrosse. It was fast, it was physical, and it rewarded intelligence.

The best players beat you not just with stick skills, and raw athleticism, but with straight up trickery.

And if you do something dumb, you’re going to pay a physical price.

I loved it.

Everything else instantly became a distant second.

The Richmond Times Dispatch had this wonderful headline the other day.

quote:

Less partying has led to more winning

LINK

We recruited a lot of amazing athletes, who came down south to have fun after prep school. Discipline, wasn’t always there. And on the field performance, well, there was some unmet potential.

Dom Starsia is still a legend, he won four national championships, but things have gotten a little more serious under Tiffany.

Great article. Never realized that partying was such an issue.

I finally got a chance to watch the game. I knew the outcome and I still couldn’t believe we would win with under 2 minutes left in regulation. Unreal

UVA riding game is giving Yale some issues.

Game is pretty wide open early, so you have to figure some scoring coming.

Yeah tons of shots. They'll start to find net soon. This won't be low scoring too much longer if it continues like this.
