Dude couldn't see the puck so he blew the whistle. Teams lose goals on that type of thing all the time. Just sucked it was on the biggest stage.

Seems like it would be better to let it play then go back and disallow the goal if the puck was covered. Sort of like how CFB does fumbles now

Brah, you don't even know the rules. I'm pretty sure you've never watched a game until this playoffs, just so you can hate on Nashville.

Y'all cut TennesseeFan some slack. He's a Vols and Blues fan. I would be angry too.

As a Pens fan, I think the no goal call was B.S. But the only thing you can say is the game would have went into overtime.

Pens still could have won the game either way.

So what would you like me to add to this thread at this time?

Did you see the TSN and Mackenzie report last week? The Knights are possibly signing FA just to trade them for picks. I somewhat like that method. Have they named their affiliates yet?

Yeah, or maybe just have it officiated a different way entirely. A lot of the time that official to the side of the net can get shielded so easily. Sometimes he ends up out of position entirely.

And yeah they could let it play out a little longer, but then they open things up for cheap goals. I feel badly for that guy who blew the whistle a little. He did what he is taught to do. Preds earned that goal, but that is something that happens.

Maybe they can take that responsibility out of the on-ice referees' hands somehow. I really don't know.
