I know, I've been fortunate enough to play there and know how tough it can be. I just forgot it was as short as it was. When the wind picks up and the rough is thick the course is a monster.

you have to be sharp. Like John Daley.

Nice birdie at the tough par 5 14th to move JD to -6

I completely forgot Pebble is such a short course. I guess holes 4 and 7 contribute to that, but 6800 is really short for a 72.
USGA agrees. It's 71 when the US Open is there.

What played as a par 4? 2?

I'm almost positive it's hole 2. I remember looking at it a couple years ago thinking there is no way they played it as a 72.

Workin on it. I think about 90% of these celebrities/amateurs blatantly lie about their handicaps.

The one thing I hate about Pro-Ams is the amateur hackfest they show.

Anyone know how the amateurs get into this pro-am? Do the pros that play get to invite an amateur, or do the tourney organizers get them?

I can't even imagine what they fork out for this.
It's gotta be more political than an election.

David Duval with a 71. Look out frickers.

Which is worse: Watching Fat Berman play golf or listening to him do commentary (golf or anything)?
Posted on 2/12/15 at 3:47 pm to TiptonInSC
Both. What a fricking joke?! And to listen to the a-hole commentator say its a nice golf swing. I could drink a 12-pack and have a few shots of fireball and have a better looking swing than that
