Barkley says some things every year that are just fricking retarded. He hated the Celtics in the Big Three days and it's carrying over to the present.

He just said Toronto has a better chance to beat Miami than Brooklyn does. The same Toronto that has lost like 28 straight times to Miami.

He also says Toronto will beat Brooklyn, which has like no chance of happening.

Similar to 4 years ago when he said Antawn Jamison was a better player than Kevin Garnett and would dominate him in their head-to-head matchup back when the Cavs/Celtics played in the playoffs.

It's just weird. He'll say some smart things, but then he'll just pull something completely out of left field that is completely false and keep pushing it and pushing it.

The Jamison/Garnett thing 4 years ago was laughable. Made me think he was high.

Its just because Barkley repeated exactly what he posted about why Portland is the better team. It wasn't an insult

Like I was saying earlier, I hardly like any teams in the playoffs.

And I hate most of the good teams with a passion.

I like San Antonio, Dallas, Brooklyn. Starting to like Portland.

If the Pelicans got good I'd probably jump on their bandwagon because that's where I'm from. But I really don't care about them.

Why do you hate these teams so much?

I'm a big bandwagon basketball fan. Not because of superstar players like most people though.

I liked Sacramento in the early 2000s. Got really into Detroit from 2004-2007. Then Boston from 2008-2012. Dallas from 2009-now. San Antonio from 2012 till now. Brooklyn starting this year.

I like teams' styles and veteran cores. I like the teams that go up against unlikable superstars or even a team with multiple likable superstars. Unfortunately, this usually leads to disappointment.

Sacramento, Detroit (losing Game 7), Boston, San Antonio (last year) have all crushed my heart and soul.

Oh I know most people HATED Boston. But I love how they played and I loved Doc Rivers. They ran some great late-game sets. I like how Pierce and Garnett were douche bags and made people hate them. Then Rondo came along (another player a lot of people hate), and I really fell in love with them.

To be honest, I didn't even like the Celtics when they won in 2008. I was for them in the Finals I guess, but I didn't feel invested. But when Rondo went up against Rose in the series against Chicago in 2009, I started to love him. It took the veterans a while in 2010 to learn how to play with him, but once they did, it was awesome to watch. Rondo was the best player on the 2010 team, and they should have won the title that year.

This will sound like a homer statement, but if Garnett doesn't get hurt, the Celtics win three straight from 2008-2010.

I'm assuming the other team you hate on my list is Detroit

Trust me, I get it.

I liked both of those teams as well......

Mainly because of Rondo and Tayshaun

I didn't have much to root for back then in the playoffs because the Grizz were either a lottery team or they would make the playoffs as an 8 seed and get immediately swept.

I'm a very, very, very big laker fan. The other team was the early 2000s kings. Naturally I vehemently disagree with

It's because I really just like basketball in general. The actual game and teams whose style I enjoy. It's hardly ever one player. It's a collection of players.

The name/city on their jersey is just a way to identify them for me.
