I sometimes think a screen play to Bush there instead of just being an outlet would of put them in fg position on that play.

Keith was a Wazzu alum.
He was always a WC guy.
Why this was shocking to fans of the 2006 Rose Bowl is beyond me.
Just like it's entirely blatant that Gary is a shameless SEC honk and worse an Alabama shill.
At least Keith was a great announcer and not just a shameless bought pompom promoter like a WWE announcer like Gary is. What a cartoon that guy is. Might as well have Jim Ross announce SEC vs. Big10 games.
Keith did the Olympics and Wide World of Sports.
He was objective. He had his favorites but he wasn't shamelessly biased like Gary.

I don’t disagree. But he seemed to be more of a homer later in his career, and especially when he was doing WC games only.
No questioning his greatness. But that snarky comment about the computer championship was way out of bounds. USC knew the rules. They agreed to it just like everyone else. And Keith knew that.
