If Colorado and Penn State win, I think it's...

1) Alabama
2) Ohio State
3) Clemson
4) Michigan

Michigan beat Penn State by 40. They beat Colorado. I think they'd snag that last spot.
Forgot about that. You're right.

Bottom Line:

If Washington loses next weekend, there would be three teams hoping to use a win next weekend to leapfrog over Michigan into the top four: Wiscy or PSU, and Colorado. Michigan has beaten all 3 in head to head.

Doesn't mean jackshit unless they committee thinks they are equal caliber teams.

Non conference champ at #2. I thought this was never going to happen again.

Then why don't they have a better record? They played a weaker schedule and still don't have a better record.

Gotta count for something, right?

Ohio State and Penn State "aren't close"

OSU is getting rewarded for their schedule.

If they win they would be big 10 champs and have an extra win dude

Likely still a worse strength of schedule, and a head-to-head loss by 40.

Games aren't played on paper dude. 63-20 head to head. You can't ignore what actually happened before our very eyes for what some nerds say should've happened

Based on what this guy is saying, conference champions aren't even considered unless in a tie

This douche is having such a hard time justifying their rankings. This committee is a joke.

If it was like 24-21, I could see your point. OSU is better than penn state, but lost.

43 points is not an accident.

Ohio State has a better record and tougher schedule than Penn State. Head to head is a tie breaker. They are not tied in the playoff rankings. Ohio State is ahead by a narrow but clear margin.
