It's been rare to see 54 hole leaders win majors in recent years. It's always the guy a few shots back snatching the title at the end.

I just noticed the leaders don't tee off until 2:20 CDT. Yesterday they went off at 1:40 and didn't finish until 7:20. They're going to struggle to finish. I don't think a twosome today vs a threesome yesterday will make that big of a difference.

I think they play faster, yes, but there will be more grinding today so I'm only seeing about a 30 gain in speed of round. Just saying darkness could be a factor.
