Me personally, I'd buy 4-5 bitcoin.
For a more conservative approach, I'd throw half into Bitcoin and half into land (or quarter into land quarter into stocks).

In todays inflationary environment, you are essentially making money by borrowing from the bank at 2.75%. Maximize your wealth, don't pay an extra penny to your mortgage.

Put the money to work in the market and look around for land/second home for recreation. Where do you live? My advice if you buy land or a second place make sure it’s close enough that you will use it.
