Android phones to increase competition (Galaxy S III, HTC One) especially those with quad core chips
Windows Phone coming on strong with big advertising push from Verizon and ATT.
Windows 8 coming out this fall, going to work on tablets and desktops, will be an iPad killer
The Apple branded HDTV will not be a big success.
iOS 6 will only add features that Android has had since Froyo days, thus not be a big selling point

ETA: Since Apple only sells its products to its fanboy's, their gross revenue will drop dramatically because they have completely run out of fanboys to sell to.
