Looks like the bottom’s about to fall out when the bell rings.

Why’s it down so far? I might buy in. I’ve been watching it for a while

I thought I read that the hearing for damages was going to be in 2026. Should be plenty of time to get in then.

They lost an arbitration to BP. The fact they just applied for another waiver to delay commercial production to screw over more long term contracts was already a red flag.

I think it’s pretty certain they’re about to have significant liabilities paired with reputational damage due to their business practices. I’m bailing when the market opens.

I’m not really familiar with the global LNG world, but in a world with such few potential customers, it’s gotta be a bad idea to just frick over everyone for the world to see, right? And, they’re continuing to expand at warp speed

The rapid expansion is what’s most enticing to me. Let’s see if this can get a really good wash out and good place to buy in before money starts coming in

But I have hesitations after seeing those idiots spent money to put their company name all over Tiger Stadium when they’re not making money yet

Not anymore. Their profits are the result of selling spot LNG at 3x contracted prices at the expense of fulfilling long term obligations. Now they have the potential for $7bil in judgments and will need to modify their practices, as well as cost overruns for expansion. I’m just praying I’ll be able to exit above $10.

When I saw that I immediately got FTX and Enron vibes.

I wouldn’t touch it with fareplay’s putter. They still have earnings coming up and six unsettled arbitrations. If they withhold an outlook, today’s low becomes next month’s high.

I got in after visiting their site down river. Impressive is way understating it

I had some reservations but jumped in after hearing of the huge increase in demand for Nat gas coming in the next decade…

Now this. This is a big blow

I’m holding cautiously

I'm in at $13.30. Until yesterday it seemed like decent entry point.

The other thing that bothers me is the pay of the CEO and co CEO which comes to a combined 68,000,000! And then the CFO, and other chiefs making over $6,000,000 each!

Something doesnt add up for me.

The year’s been a roller coaster of emotion. I started down 50% on 100 shares then was up 100% on 500, and ultimately cashed out down 20% on a 1000.

Was always on the verge of buying, but the idea in the back of my mind that a favorable Russian peace agreement negotiated by Trump could significantly impact the Euro spot price always kept me from pulling the trigger.

Crazy to see the contrast of the small pop on the arbitration win vs Shell compared to the bloodbath on the loss vs BP.

This is what has me concerned and why I’ve never taken a position. I suspect that there will be very attractive entry points in the future, assuming they remain solvent.
