It’s pretty insane. This kind of implosion usually limited to vaporware or biotech SPACs. This will be interesting to watch.

Think I’ll buy a little just to see. Could be great value under $10!

I’ve only been watching this stock because of this thread, but have been waiting for it to somewhat settle on a bottom.
Currently down 37% on the day to 8.92.

There’s an issue with the fact that Ventire locked in some contracts to sell nat gas at rates below the market so that will hinder their revenue growth.
Doesn’t mean it’s worthless, it just means it’s worth less than the IPO price

It seems the glaring issue are concerns those below market contracts went unfulfilled so they could sell at market rates and inflate their earnings. Furthermore, they substantially understated facility startup expenses which allowed them to set a fantasy IPO valuation.
If the next earnings report adds additional construction cost overruns or gas prices start dropping, the bottom might really fall out.

Is there a good play here? Or is the consensus that this will drop significantly further given all the smoke that this stock is already producing?

Fair enough. I’ll take the no response as this stock is a POS, enough at $10

VG thought that they would get $50 a share when they went to IPO
. No one would pay over $25. Talk about complete delusion. They are trading against Cheniere. Whatever their production % or revenue % of Cheniere is that will be their market cap vs Cheniere's market cap. Higher up VG's somehow thought that they would trade 225% of Cheniere market cap while only having 50% of their production. This was very foreseeable and complete delusion out of greed by VG.
Maybe they have more upcoming projects COD than Cheniere in near term, but I love when higher ups out of greed delusionally try to price their product, then reality hits. It's similar to Shark Tank when some rando loser who has some unique vaccum cleaner that pets can ride that makes $50k in revenue a year tries to get a $10 million valuation from the Sharks. They immediately shut it down.

I think it’s a good candidate to buy under $10 to flip at $11, then rinse and repeat.
But, I don’t understand the true believers over on Stocktwits. Talking about waiting 5 years to payoff like LNG…if they believe that, why not just buy the stock in four years?

60% in the past month has turned our frowns upside down.

Bought @ 9.89. Holding for awhile but up 41% is nice for a change.

I’ve had it for a few months. It’s been rocky but I’m up over 50% now in price appreciation. Also Sold some calls against it and never got called out.
Plan is to hold.
