Lol find a new dealer. That may be in lieu of factory rebates, but the dealer can discount how he sees fit.

They usually treat it as you either get big discounts or 0%. MSRP doesn’t seem like a good idea from that dealer at this time.
Wait a while and I bet some deals will pop up.

You can't get the factory rebates with the financing deal. That's not to say the dealer can't come down on the price though.

did you tell him that he's going to be unemployed within 10 days?

Agreed. Do not take that deal. Car dealers are going to be hurting big with all that is going on. Buyers have all the leverage right now.

Play hardball. If he doesn’t budge you should be able to find a dealer who will in the near future.

Don't discuss how you're paying for the car with the salesman. Just worry about the total price. But, as stated, you likely won't get both factory rebates and special financing rates.

frick that tell him you'll be back when the 2021s are out and this is 2020 is still on the lot or sell it today at MAP w 0% or sit on it for 7 months. His call because if you cant find that deal now - call another dealer.
