With such cheap prices. What’s good in silver, gold, etc? I’ve never traded these.

It doesn't get any more precious than Lithium with Democrats in control.

I think it depends on your goal, Timmy .....

Would you be trading paper for a flip, or accumulating physical for wealth preservation?

In the non-precious metals, aluminum stocks have been a solid performer for me since the election.

If paper, I like MTA and CEF ....
If physical, that's a much more in-depth discussion, IMHO

you started in meme stocks, then went to shitcoins, and now precious metals

seems like a natural progression tbh

What happens to precious metals if the government moves to digital currency? Wouldn’t that crash the prices?

Metals are overall heavily manipulated market(controls inflation).Physical is much more safer bet, however metals such as silver and gold are at major oversold and depressed conditions in the market currently and have better long term projections but just when you think the only way is up bam they hammer you down into a fetal position

If you want to play gold just understand you're trading with the largest soverign wealth funds and central banks on the planet so you're going to be confused 90% of the time. Much like bonds.

Anything tied to the ESG Wall Street grift is a big 10-4 though. URA, PICK, Copper ETF (be careful CCP growth is slowing here) etc...

do you know how to trade futures?

you can make money going long or short. that is only way i would deal with gold again. i used to trade palladium as well.

i would not waste my time with mining stocks, ETF or physical. had a gold and silver ETF once. boring.

I’m not sure “cheap” is correct but I guess, like Alabama, it’s all relative.

As another poster asked - what is your goal?

Besides inflation hedges, I used physical precious metals to start the financial investment education with my kids. You can actually hold silver eagles, bars, or old silver us coins. And quite frankly, from time to time, I like to pull out my bags of circulated silver dollars from 100+ years ago and drink in the history.

This image probably says a lot more about the value of the US Dollar than it does about gold …. nevertheless….

The due diligence is not the price of precious metals, but rather the depreciating value of the dollar. Precious metals like any commodity are finite either in their scarcity or in
others, their value in production.

The US dollar has no restraints, it's value is only worth on faith of it's....I'm not sure what.

It used to be backed by gold, it used to be backed by silver.

The US government is printing Trillions
.

They can do this because it has no intrinsic worth.

This is only my opinion and should only be for information
