Those aren't names. They're descriptions.

If I called you an 'asswipe' or a 'bastard' I would be calling you a name.

Once again.... Merry Christmas

I'm a bear, you are a bull. It is quite alright to disagree. It is what makes a market.

I'm an optimist who enjoys life. You're a pessimist who fears life.

I "fear" absolutely nothing if you would like the honest truth. I am quite happy and a very blessed man regardless of what these "markets" do.

I truly wish you a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.

Here's a toast from my favorite beverage to yours

No thanks. I don't drink alcohol.

Besides, I don't associate with people like you.

In make believe land. When the banks have so much money to control prices of the markets it's not random joe to blame because of their own greed.

bullshite. People taking out shite loans because they aren’t responsible enough to get a traditional loan 100% caused the entire thing

The bank approved me for a loan that was 2-1/2 times the price of the home I was buying. The idiots who said “well if the bank lets me borrow 700k, I should buy a 700k house” with a 5/1 ARM loan are as much as fault as any bank

Thank Clinton as well for pressuring banks to get creative because “everyone deserves to own a home”

Steven Mnuchin just one-upped John Williams...

CNBC: " Treasury Secretary Mnuchin held calls with the CEOs of major banks to discuss the market turmoil"

quote:

Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin held calls on Sunday with the heads of the six largest U.S. banks to shore up confidence in the U.S. financial system amid the recent market turmoil.

Things might be worse than even I had thought...

P.S. -- Market commentators disagree, and have been starting to diverge into separate camps the last couple of months, but know this--the White House does get counsel from very well-informed sources, and the White House is clearly freaked the hell out. (That is, if the repeated warnings from private fund managers and current and former central bankers haven't convinced you already that there is a serious problem.)

is that anything like normal? if not, why would they do this and then announce it?

Who didn’t have confidence in our financial system? What in the hell is this idiot doing? This is what we get for having someone from the Sears board be our treasury secretary.

Better hurry up, 3 hours left.

Doom sounds good to me, cherries are starting to get ripe for picken'.
