I just can’t imagine why they did the offering while share price is so low.

What are the details on this one?

Offering was for 35M shares at $3/share so $105M raised.

perhaps there is an acquisition opportunity they couldn't pass up. $100mm doesn't buy much though and this is a bit of slap in the face for retail. Saw a guy on the Discord this morning say he's done w/ management and getting out over this; he's holding 500k shares.

Anyone here losing confidence? Or will this ultimately be a good thing if we just stick it out?

They are at a point where they need to.mkve on adding supply regardless of the share price.

They want the total upstream supply taken care of to move on to FID with Bechtel to build phase 1 and 2 to which they have contracts.

He stated before he wanted to expand drilling (and has been quite a bit since December) and have the upstream box ticked off.

seems like a small bump that they are not worried about. He's been through this with Cheniere and being shorted to death..push through and take the lumps.

I bought another 100 shares this morning.

They are breaking ground now.had a bid deal in the paper with the Golden shovels, etc. Crews from LADOTD are surveying to widen roads. Pipeline work is going on. Contacts signed.

Chill out and look at it at Christmas. Merry Christmas.

Agreed. A lot of people will sell based on emotion. Wish I had more money to throw at it right now.

I'd be shocked. We were down that way today going to ride on Holly Beach with the kids. We swung by the area and there is a lot of activity.

I'm in the Industry and part of my work is on gas pipelines into our facility billing wise. There is plenty information going around about it. He has a plan to own all upstream to allow for better price control downstream. Vertical integration approach.

I've crept up to 15k shares across 3 accounts. ROTH, 401k, and my cash account.

Do you know if any of the natural gas will be available locally or will all of it be exported?

How far is the proposed pipeline route from (west of) Sulphur?

If the acquisition phase has begun for the pipeline, what is Tellurian paying for the easements?

What price are you purchasing the shares? At what price would you deem them overvalued?

Exactly. This kind of play is my preference. Buy it when no one else wants it because they're looking for a quick 100 percent.
I'll be stockpiling below $5/share and selling north of 1,000%

Believed to be exported.

There is a map on tellurians website that can do better than I can here.

Don't know. Wish it was closer to my.moms property down there by moss lake.

I bought at .98, 2.12, 3.65, 5.15, 3.30, 3.05...I've held for years.

I am pretty surprised it's not $8 now..

12-16 once FID signed and building commences.

OK, thanks.

I saw a route map that was not detailed but I was told that a land man contacted a friend about his property for an easement. He was not given FERC information as I appreciate it.

My father's uncle had a home on Moss Lake. I think that much of the area east of Moss Lake Lane washed away many years ago. Perhaps the location was around the boat houses.

If TELL drops much more, I'm getting back in. All of my plays have been rolling lately. I hate to sell any of them currently.

Great pub this morning from Motley Fool.

My top August energy stock: Tellurian
quote:

If you're looking for a lower-risk investment, the Tellurian probably shouldn't be your top energy stock to buy, with Brookfield Renewable the better choice. But if you're willing to take on the risk that Tellurian can't raise the money to build Driftwood, an outcome that would probably kill the company, then keep reading.

Here's the core argument: Tellurian's deal with Shell essentially pushes Driftwood across the threshold of economic viability. Barring this agreement (or a similar deal with another buyer) it was unlikely even Charif Souki, Tellurian's co-founder who also founded Cheniere Energy (NYSEMKT:LNG), would be able to talk lenders and investors into providing the billions in capital it will take to get this project off the ground. The calculus has now changed, and I think the risk-reward profile has shifted much farther into investor's favor.

Five years from now, investors who buy Tellurian now could be sitting on an enormous multi-bagger. Just be ready for a volatile ride, and acknowledge that the risks are not insignificant, and could result in very big losses.
