TDOC dropping makes no sense. They acquire one of the biggest growth names in the industry and the price drops?

Yea, I don't get it. I've enjoyed some illogical positive moves over the last few months, so I guess we have to take negative ones too.

I just can't grasp it though. Pro forma revenue this year of 1.3 billion, pro forma market cap at time of merger announcement was around $40 billion.

Added a lot more TDOC at 205. That drop makes no sense to me but then again I have zero idea of what I’m doing most of the time.

I think loading up TDOC here is the move. Again, how is acquiring a very good company that aligns perfectly with your growth plan at a fair price a bad thing ?
