Just got TDOC at $210. Seems to be figuring itself out now.

I wouldn't be surprised if both are green by EOD or AH.

That's a poorly structured tweet, and as a result does not make sense.
Is he saying that the 0.59 is dynamic?

That + $0.11 per share is compared to loss of $0.46 per share a year ago.

On a per-share basis, the Mountain View, California-based company said it had a loss of 2 cents. Earnings, adjusted for stock option expense and non-recurring costs, were 11 cents per share.
The results beat Wall Street expectations. The average estimate of six analysts surveyed by Zacks Investment Research was for earnings of 1 cent per share.

No, he's saying that the purchase price is static and based on TDOC's close on 8/4. So LVGO shares will be purchased for $159 at completion of the merger.
ETA - I think he's misinterpreting something, but I hope he's right.

Thus the 0.59 is dynamic. No?
Eta: I'll just go read the prospectus in a little bit
quote:He has to be. Because right now lvgo=0.59tdoc+11 that's holding up fairly tight. If the 159 is locked in, then there's a lot of money to be made right now

Eh, I don't know. He followed it up with this. I don't understand how this would be right and LVGO is still sitting at 136.
I think he's misinterpreting the highlighted section. That's just stating the current value of the deal, not that the entire deal is based on the 8/4 closing price.
ETA - shite, I need to get back to work. This deal has thrown off my whole morning.

I'm taking the profit on LVGO for a 34% win. If it's not a dynamic price then it's
for me. I'll take the bird in hand for now though.

Made a killing on Rackspace like 8 years ago when they went private. Is it the same company going back public?
Posted on 8/5/20 at 11:31 am to eng08
Yes. Priced at 21 so I figured low risk at 16.5

Anyone looking at AKTX? Chart is looking bottomed.

Roku seems apprehensive... I need to get approval to trade AH in my account
