The company believes it will be able to retain the majority of these contracts and Dodge thinks it can eliminate what he believes was a low-teens percentage sales commission to CVS in the process. Dodge keeps an Outperform rating and $120 price target on Livongo shares.

Over the last 2 months, my insurance has been pushing Livongo hard--seems like they send a mass email about it every week. It makes sense though, LVGO is a health insurance company's wet dream.
